I. Simplified Tapering Program
Our Simplified Tapering Program is specifically created to assist individuals in gradually withdrawing from benzodiazepines. We provide guidance and support throughout the tapering process.

Standard Medication Tapering Program is ideally suited for:
1- Individuals who want a patient-led, doctor-guided approach to benzodiazepine taper
2- Individuals willing to start with a slow, 2.5% dose reduction every 10 days to 2 weeks.
3- Individuals who are willing to have biweekly medical visits
4- Individuals who are able to tolerate their withdrawal symptoms
5- Individuals who may require a prescription
6- Individuals who are willing to take targeted supplements
6- Individuals who have not attempted a prior taper
SIMPLIFIED TAPERING PROGRAM PLAN
Initial Visit: $1500
Follow-up visits: $1000/month
- This covers reviewing of questionnaires, any past medical history and laboratory tests, and coming up with a plan of care with Dr. Madhava
- Additional cost will apply for the recommended supplements and functional medicine services.
II. Integrative Tapering Program
Our Consultant Program is tailored for individuals who experience symptoms associated with benzodiazepine use. ​

This program also incorporates targeted tests to identify underlying deficiencies and imbalances. We also recommend neuroplasticity programs, lifestyle modifications, and nutrient supplements to promote stability and optimize the health of the brain and body.

Additionally, we believe that incorporating our neurotransmitter balancing program will be advantageous for your taper.

This program consists of:

INTEGRATIVE TAPERING PROGRAM PLAN
First month:
$3500 for testing and physician visits
- This covers 2-3 functional medicine testing and up to 4 hours visit with Dr. Madhava.
- Additional cost will apply for the recommended supplements.
- Any extra appointments beyond the plan will incur charges at the standard provider rate.
- Dr. Madhava's standard consultation rate: $500/hour
2nd to 4th month: $2000/ month
- This covers up to 4 hours visits with Dr. Madhava and guidance throughout the tapering process.
- Additional cost will apply for the recommended supplements, additional tests, and visits with consultants and coaches.
- Any extra appointments beyond the plan will incur charges at the standard provider rate.
Subsequent months: $1000/ month

III. COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM
Our comprehensive program expands upon the services provided in the Consultant program.
1. It is a concierge program that offers a extensive, all-inclusive range of services, including thorough testing, nutrient supplements, and access to consultants.

2. This program is also for individuals dealing with various symptoms associated with benzodiazepine use and those who CANNOT tolerate supplements due to chronic infections or mold/mast cell activation syndrome.

With this comprehensive program, you benefit from regular and frequent access to Dr. Madhava. A single monthly fee covers all expenses leading to increased monthly costs.
In this program, the physician will work closely with the patient and their family to fully understand and address their symptoms. Currently, we have limited understanding of the neurotoxic changes induced by benzodiazepine use. We will utilize various functional medicine tests to assess for brain and body imbalances. Supplements, medications, and molecules may be carefully and extensively employed, along with lifestyle modifications, to alleviate distress. Coaches and consultants will be available as needed to provide support.

Benzodiazepine tapering may be initiated as part of the program, with a gradual reduction of 2.5% in dosage every 10 days to 2 weeks. Additionally, if deemed appropriate, the option of switching to a different benzodiazepine can be considered.

COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM PLAN
First Month: $9000
This covers all recommended functional medicine testing, limbic system assessment, up to 4 hours comprehensive visits with Dr. Madhava, necessary nutrient supplements, and visits with mental health consultant and other coaches, if needed.
Subsequent months: $3500/ month
The cost may decrease as the intensity of services decreases.
This covers up to 4 hours visits with Dr. Madhava, recommended nutrient supplements, and visits with mental health consultant and other coaches, if needed.
Additional cost will apply for the additional tests and, visits with Dr. Madhava and coaches.
Dr. Madhava additional visit costs $500/hour
